We gladly accept exchanges for items with incorrect size or color; however, engraved or custom-made products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturer’s defect is identified.
    Exchange Procedure:
    One of the best way to process your exchange procedure is to purchase the replacement items in a new order and then return the unsuitable items for a refund.
    Secondly, you can send the item back to us for an exchange and we will deliver the replaced item for you after receiving your returned item back.
